Are the bags you sell authentic?
Yes, every item is 100% authenticated by our experts before being offered for sale. We verify the serial number, materials, and finishes. A certificate of authenticity accompanies every bag, whether it's a Chanel or a Hermès .
Do you only offer Chanel bags?
Our selection highlights iconic models like the Chanel Timeless or the classic black Chanel , but also essential Hermès bags such as the Birkin and the Kelly . We also offer pieces from other luxury brands like Dior or Louis Vuitton.
Are the bags available on Soline.com new or used?
We specialize in luxury second-hand goods . Each Chanel or Hermès bag is carefully inspected, and its condition is detailed in the product sheet, with detailed photos.
How can I be sure that a bag purchased from Soline is authentic?
In addition to our in-house expertise, you can consult our authentication guide , which explains the essential points to check (serial number, logo, leather, finishes). Each bag, whether Chanel or Hermès, comes with its certificate.

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your purchases by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) , PayPal or Apple Pay or secure bank transfer .
Can I pay for my luxury bag in installments?
Yes, we offer a 3 or 4 installment payment solution through our partners, to make purchasing your Chanel and Hermès bags easier. Contact us at contact@soline.com for more information.

Absolutely. All transactions go through a secure, encrypted payment platform to ensure the confidentiality of your data.
Delivery & Returns
What are the delivery times?
Upon receipt of your order, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be shipped. From this moment on, your package will be handed over to the carrier you chose when making your purchase (collection every day at 5:00 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays). Any order processed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the next day (excluding weekends and public holidays). It will be delivered to you using the delivery method chosen when placing the order.

How to make a return?
What is the procedure for returning an item?
First of all, you must request a return by email contact@soline or by telephone from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at +33 (0)6 58 15 19 57 within 14 days.

Once the package is in our premises, we check the item and its contents
in order to validate the return and proceed with the refund.

It must be intact, any item whose seal, label, box, dust bag, shopping bag or any other accessory is missing or altered will not be refunded.
